This patient had been a long time bulimic and grinder. She was missing posterior teeth, collapsing her bite. Her teeth aged her and reminded her of her past. She had been unable to find another office that would offer her a complete treatment and financial plan.

After Dr. Berik performed a bite and jaw analysis, all porcelain crowns, veneers and bridges were used to give this patient back her natural tooth length. The treatment optimized straightness and whiteness while still giving a natural tooth appearance and a much younger overall appearance.

PATIENT GOALS
When this patient decided to address his oral health problems, his teeth were broken, discolored and painful. There was decay in most of his teeth, his bite had collapsed, and he was in need of extractions.

A combination of crowns and bridges were used to open up this patient’s bite and give him back his vertical dimension. At the patient’s request porcelain over metal was used for the restorations. These restorations were accomplished while still maintaining masculine shapes.
